We start with what actually arrives and when. Timing matters as much as the total.

  • Paydays2 per month

  • Everyday money$1,500

Sound familiar?

You make money. But does your money have a plan?

If any of this sounds like your month, it isn't a discipline problem. It's a missing system.

Money comes in, and it's gone before you've decided where it should go.

What's missingA cash-flow plan

You make the payments, but the balances barely seem to move.

What's missingA payoff strategy

You build some savings, then one surprise takes it right back.

What's missingA protected reserve

You have goals, but nothing connects your money to them.

What's missingA system tied to your goals

What it is

It's not that you need a budget. You need a strategy.

Financial Reset isn't a downloadable template, a rigid course, or another app that tracks what already happened. It's a personalized strategy relationship built on your actual financial picture.

You aren't handed generic instructions and left to figure out the rest. We build the plan, then show you how to use it in your everyday money decisions, so the understanding stays with you.

The TaxFunders Financial Group Signature Methodology

The Four Pillars of Money™

The budget gives every dollar a purpose. The Four Pillars give every purpose a place.

Each pillar holds money with a different job. Together they form one system, so every dollar has somewhere to go and a reason to be there.

Illustrative example · one sample month

01Moves

The Money That Moves™

The money that keeps everyday life moving.

Money used to operate your day-to-day financial life — the spending and responsibilities that keep everyday life moving.

02Waits

The Money That Waits™

Money prepared today for obligations you already know are coming.

Money that already has a job but isn’t due yet — bills and obligations set aside until it’s time to pay them.

03Protects

The Money That Protects™

Built for the Unexpected. There to Protect What You’ve Built.

Money reserved to absorb the unexpected so one hard month doesn’t undo months of financial progress.

Build.Protect.Rebuild.

04Grows

The Money That Grows™

Money positioned toward the future you’re working to build.

Money intentionally positioned for long-term goals and future growth after today’s responsibilities and financial protection are addressed.

The Four Pillars are not four separate plans. They work together as one financial system.

As your life changes, the amount of attention each pillar needs changes too. That’s why the strategy is reviewed, adjusted, and strengthened over time.

Every dollar should have a purpose.Every purpose should have a place.

Built around you

We don't hand you a worksheet. We build your strategy.

This is work we do for you, not advice we leave you to sort out. Here's what happens with your financial information.

  1. We review it

Your real income, spending, debt, savings, and credit profile.

  2. We organize it

Everything in one clear picture of where you stand today.

  3. We set the priorities

What needs attention first, and what can wait.

  4. We build your strategy

Your personalized plan, written into your Financial Reset Action Plan.

Then we stay with you. We walk you through using it and adjust it as your life changes.

What your strategy can cover Every plan is different
  • Cash flow & budget

A spending plan and paycheck structure built around how, and when, you actually get paid.

  • Debt payoff

A clear order for paying down your balances: snowball, avalanche, or a mix that fits your situation.

  • Emergency savings

A realistic reserve target and a plan to build it, so one surprise doesn't undo your progress.

  • Spending review

A clear look at where your money really goes, and which changes would make the biggest difference.

  • Utilization & payment timing

When it matters to your goals, how card balances and due dates are showing up on your credit profile.

  • Organization & action planning

Your accounts, due dates, and next steps organized into a routine you can follow every month.

Your personalized strategy

Your Financial ResetAction Plan.

Built from your actual financial information, your Action Plan turns the strategy into clear priorities. It shows where you stand, what each paycheck needs to do, what needs attention now, and how the pieces of your financial life work together.

Inside your plan

  • Your financial snapshotWhere you stand today, based on your actual numbers.
  • Your paycheck & cash-flow strategyWhat each paycheck needs to do before the next one arrives.
  • Your Four Pillars structureWhere your money needs to live: Moves, Waits, Protects, and Grows.
  • Your debt & savings prioritiesWhat gets attention first, what gets protected, and why.
  • Your credit & payment guidanceUtilization and payment timing where they support the bigger financial plan.
  • Your current action stepsWhat to focus on now, what we review next, and what gets adjusted.

Why it's different

Built from your real numbers. Not someone else's template.

Most budgets start from averages and rules of thumb. Your Action Plan starts from your actual situation, which is why no two plans look the same.

Most budgets start from

  • Averages
  • Generic rules of thumb
  • Someone’s template

Your real numbers

  • Your actual income
  • Your actual spending
  • Your actual debt
  • Your actual savings
  • Credit profile, where relevant
  • Goals & priorities

The relationship

We don't just build the plan.We help you live it.

Information isn't the hard part. Putting it to work is. That's where having someone who knows your numbers makes the difference.

Your Finances.Your Goals.Our Strategy.

We build the strategy around your real numbers. Then we show you how to use it: paycheck by paycheck, decision by decision.

An online courseteaches general concepts.

All useful. None of them organizes your whole picture into one system, or decides what your money should do next.

With Financial ResetApplies the strategy to your real situation, with someone reviewing it with you.

One organized system — reviewed with you every month, and adjusted as your life changes.

How it moves forward

Your strategy doesn't stay still. It moves with you.

You move through each stage based on your progress and circumstances, not an artificial calendar.

  1. Clarity foundation

Get a clear, honest picture of where your money stands.

  2. Alignment strategy

Line up your income, spending, and priorities with your goals.

  3. Financial strengthening

Build your reserve and follow your payoff plan.

  4. Forward strategy

Shift attention to longer-term goals as the foundation holds.

Your plan isn't built once and filed away.

We review it with you every month, because your life, your progress, and your priorities keep changing. Each review answers one question: what should your money do next?

What changed?

  • Income that moved up, down, or shifted its timing
  • Bills added, closed, or repriced since we last met
  • Balances that moved, and the ones that did not
  • Anything set aside that got used, and what it covered
  • Obligations landing before the next review
  • Goals that changed, or changed their order

Who it's for

Financial Reset isn't about starting over. It's about moving forward with a plan.

You don't have to be in crisis to need a better financial system.

  • Earning, but not organized

You make decent money, yet it never quite feels under control.

  • Carrying debt without a plan

Payments go out every month, but there's no clear payoff order.

  • Struggling to keep savings

Something always seems to pull your reserve back down.

  • Preparing for a big goal

A home purchase or another major milestone is on the horizon.

  • Goals, but no system

You know what you want. Your money just isn't set up to get there.

  • Ready for more structure

No crisis. You simply want your money better organized.

What progress looks like

Progress looks different for everyone.Direction shouldn't.

Where you start is personal, and so is the pace. What changes is how your money is organized, and what that feels like month to month.

Common questions

Answers beforeyou book.

Anything not covered here, we're glad to walk through during your consultation.

Is this just budgeting?
No. Budgeting and cash-flow organization are part of the work, but the program looks at your larger financial picture: debt, credit where relevant, savings, stability, your goals, and ongoing strategy and coaching.
What actually happens during Financial Reset?
We review your real financial information, build a personalized Financial Reset Action Plan around it, and guide you through implementing it. From there we review progress together and adjust as your circumstances change.
Is this credit repair?
No. Your credit profile is reviewed as part of your complete financial picture, but this is a broader financial strategy and coaching service. If dispute work or hands-on credit rebuilding is your main need, TaxFunders' Credit & Financial Strategy service can be discussed as a separate next step.
Do I need ongoing credit monitoring?
Ongoing monitoring isn't inherently part of Financial Reset. Your profile is reviewed at the start as part of the complete picture; if separate credit work is needed, that's discussed as its own next step.
How long does Financial Reset take?
Financial Reset is structured around an initial six-month coaching framework, but every situation is different. Your starting point, your goals, your progress and your changing circumstances determine what support is useful over time. We review the strategy as you move forward rather than promising a fixed outcome or timeline. Ongoing monthly service may be canceled at any time in accordance with the Financial Reset agreement.
Will you help with my debt?
Yes. Debt can be part of your Financial Reset strategy. We can help you organize balances and payments, understand common payoff approaches, establish priorities within your overall financial picture, and track progress.

TaxFunders does not negotiate, settle, compromise or modify debts with creditors through Financial Reset. We do not receive client funds for creditor payments and do not make creditor payments on a client’s behalf. You remain in control of your accounts and make payments directly.
Will you tell me what to invest in?
No. Financial Reset may include education about general investing concepts and common account types such as a workplace 401(k), Roth IRA or brokerage account, but TaxFunders does not provide individualized securities or investment advice through this program. We do not recommend specific securities, funds, allocations, percentages, trades or investment transactions.

Investment decisions remain the client’s responsibility, and clients who need individualized investment advice should work with an appropriately licensed investment professional.
What happens after I schedule?
Right after scheduling, you’ll be taken to your free consultation registration. You’ll review and sign the agreement provided, create your client portal password, and set up Credit Hero Score so your three-bureau credit profile can be reviewed before the call. These steps prepare for the consultation and do not enroll you in the paid Financial Reset Program.

Then you meet with Steven for the consultation. If you later decide Financial Reset is right for you, paid program enrollment is a separate step.
